Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal notice is intended for consumers within the meaning of §1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). It applies to contracts concluded via www.conscious-synergy.com.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Early expiration of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (in particular our online course “Conscious Synergy”), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to §18(1)(11) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), if:

1. you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

To this end, Stripe Checkout includes a mandatory field with the following wording:

“I expressly waive my 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. I acknowledge that by checking this box, I lose my right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins.”

Checking the box is a prerequisite for completing the purchase, as the course content is unlocked immediately upon payment.

4. Group Coaching (recurring subscription)

For the recurring group coaching subscription, the right of withdrawal applies without restriction. Coaching services already rendered may be billed on a pro-rata basis after contract performance, provided you have expressly consented to performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
